Mohegan Sun and Bally Technologies, Inc. Attempt To Break Two World Record
Mohegan Sun and Bally Technologies, Inc. are making history as they attempt to break not one, but two world records on Saturday, April 27th. The two gaming giants will attempt to break the records for the Largest Slot Machine Tournament and Most Slot Machines Running The Same Game Simultaneously. The tournaments, which will be held in two sessions that morning, will be throughout Mohegan Sun’s three casinos: Casino of the Earth, Casino of the Sky and Casino of the Wind. Prizes will be awarded for the top 200 winners with $100,000 up for grabs in cash and Free Slot Play. The first place winner walks away with $50,000 cash! Guests can register that morning beginning at 7:00am in the Wolf Den. All participants will receive $10.00 in Free Slot Play; must be a Player’s Club member to participate.

Representatives from GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS will be on-site to validate the records. Over 5,000 people are estimated to participate in the event.

Breaking ground and records is not new to Mohegan Sun, who currently holds the record for the World’s Largest Wedding Cake set back in February 2004 with a cake measuring 17 feet tall and weighing 15,032 pounds.
